The forbidden magics

The forbidden magics are forbidden because they grant too much power for one wizard to have you don't need to brodcast it if you have one, pm me and ask for permission instead please
1 Chronomancy or time magic is so forbidden the magic government has created a ruse to pretend it doesn't exist only the most skilled wizards can practice any level at all and even fewer can use it without going completely insane
2 mind magic, this magic is used to control the mind of those with a lesser will than yourself knowledge on it is surpressed so few know how to use it
3 death magic: nothing is known of this anymore if there were any practitioners they either are very old and secretive or have been hunted and killed
