Hitting the books

[Admin]

Jesse strolled down a hallway towards the library carrying a book on illusion under his shoulder. Jesse was in his last year at the academy and had been passing every one of his exams, A's and B's in most cases but he hadn't been able to get above a C in illusion it just hardly made any sense to him... Oh well just need to study more who needs sleep anyway?

[Lisanna]

Lisanna grabbed a couple of books off the shelves and ducked out the library door.

[Admin]

"Hey person who's good at illusion magic" Jesse says quickly noticing and following her, he remembered her demonstrating illusion magic for one of the professors recently and she definitely knew more on the subject than he did "hey can I ask a favor?" He says catching up to her

[Lisanna]

"Um, sure!" Lisanna replied, slowing down. "What do you want to ask?"

[Admin]

"Can you help me with illusion magic?" Jesse replied also slowing down to match her pace

[Lisanna]

"Yeah. Come with me," Lisa replied, grabbing Jesse's hand. She discarded the illusion magic she had on her wings, and used them to help her move faster. Lisanna zoomed through some hallways and into an old abandoned classroom.

[Admin]

"This place has classrooms" Jesse asks slightly surprised, four years here and he never knew, it must have not always been independent study

[Lisanna]

"Okay, I'm going to show you a simple illusion. Then I'll teach it to you. The illusion teacher seems to always forget to do that," Lisanna said, giggling. She closed her eyes and seemed to change a desk into a fox. "Now, to do this"-Lisa waved at the fox-"You think of the object you want to change, and then what you wish it to change into. For some people it is easier to say it, like 'desk into fox. Desk into fox' but it really just depends."

[Admin]

Jesse nods well that makes sense he thinks and tries to focus  on the desk becoming a Fox, but accidentally transmutates it into a real live Fox which promptly runs into the hall and bites nekoma on the ankle

[Lisanna]

"Oops!" Lisanna runs and slams the door, setting her weight against it. "Please son't let her come in, please don't let her come in," she murmured.

[Nekoma]

"Son of a-" Nekoma cried, her ankle welling with blood. "That hurts!"

[Admin]

Jessese opens the door and brings Nekoma a healing potion  He always keeps in case of emergencies he also freezes the Fox solid before it can  bite anyone else "sorry nekoma, illusion practice gone wrong"

[Nekoma]

"Hhmph. I better from you, Jesse. I will be reporting this, just FYI. Honestly."

[Lisanna]

"Hi, Nekoma," Lisanna said shyly.

[Admin]

Meanwhile in the headmasters office a stack of behavioral reports piled several feet high is being diligently ignored  as perhaps the greatest wizard alive is busy playing paddle ball

"Yeah good luck with that" Jesse says knowing the headmasters disdain for paperwork quite well "anyway I truly am sorry if there's a way I can make it up to you let me know"

[Bryn]

Bryn walked into the room, feeling a bit nervous with the whole crowd. "Hey, everyone." She said, her wings fluttering a bit.

[Admin]

"Oh hi Bryn" Jess smiled and waved to the more familiar fey about his age

[Lisanna]

Lisanna grabbed his hand again and literately flung him into the room. She then shut and lock the door with magic. "Okay, let's try that again. This time try saying it. It doesn't matter if you look cooler not saying it if you can't do it."

[Admin]

"Desk to Fox..." He says  and manages to make a flickering Fox image... Before turning it into another live Fox by accident which growls at both of you

[Lisanna]

"Hmm," Lisanna said, thinking hard. "Hey, Bryn, do you know anything that may help?"

[Bryn]

"Maybe concentrating a a sitting fox, not a snarling one?" She said.

[Admin]

"How would that help it be an illusion?" Jess asks tilting his head and reaching out to pet the Fox, which allows this

[Lisanna]

"I think I may know, give me a minute, please?" Lisa asked, dashing out of the room. She took a few turns, and opened a trap door on the floor. Lisanna entered what appeared to be an old library, and went to work finding the book she needed.

[Bryn]

"I don't know... I'm more of the Elemetalism, Summoning and Potion Making lover." Bryn said.

[Admin]

"I'm great with elemental magic"" Jesse says and smiles
