The two tanks begin retreating at max speed until tank 1 breaksdown "Shit,shit,shit!!" Imp says repeatedly We took an explosive to the treads ,were basically limping " He says to Tomcat.

He sighs and says over the comm "Ghost ,take your tank and leave we've got this "he says as he opens the hatch and pops out "C'mon everybody get out the tank "

Ghost laughs and drops back decreasing her speed so they're running together though she didn't hear him "like I'd leave you behind"

Tomcat flashbacks to rookie year ,where they were charged with incapacitating a Ballistae tank , while Tomcat would strap on the pulse magnet to shut the tank down ,Ghost would cover him from the enemies. Unfortunately they're where a whole damn lot of enemies ,and as Tomcat turned around he realized his cover was completely gone. Fast foward about twenty minutes of running in circles to avoid imminent death.
(present day)

Tomcat just grins "I appreciate that"

Reaper sees the tank targeting ghost and tom and stops saber "hey let me borrow your surpressed pistol imma get us a new tank"

Reaper moves in under cover of darkness shooting the guy on the mg when he is close enough then moving into the tank with the gun and his knife to take out the rest. After finishing them off he waves saber over

Ghost clearly just teasing "maybe 3rd if you count the new guy"
